Hey folks! Waves cryptocurrency looks very interesting for me because of the following reasons:
1) Interesting project
2) Professional whitepapers, presentation and team
3) Strong ambitions to make Waves platform the fastest in the world by implementing Waves-NG algorithm.
So I think the value of Waves crypto will grow up significantly in 2018.
But! I have a question about those fact that they call their system decentralized, but a lot of experts in crypto industry doubt it. One of the red flags is that Waves deleted NiggerCoin, which is impossible in truly decentralized platform.
Why I am asking, because if in the reality Waves platform is not decentralized, it means that other aspects in their platform may be deceitful.
So the Waves coin, wallet, platform etc — are decentralized. But the website and interface are not. NGR coin still exists in the blockchain, but you cant trade it on Waves.
So the main complaint about Waves platform and this case with NGR is that decision about delisting of the NGR would have to be done by community vote, which it wasn't.
I made a screenshot for you to show that NGR coin is still searchbale in their beta version of wallet.
