1. how do we compile a list
2. is there a website where we can find or offer the bounty
3. what would the normal bounty be for assisting in the ICO
4. whats the best way to recruit bounty hunters for a campaign

2) We have a section for Bounty campaigns, if you already added your ICO, you can add your bounty there. Also, the good option is to announce your bounty on bitcointalk forum
3) It depends on what activities you want to reward in your bounty campaign. Give me more details about your ICO, and I will try to give you detailed information
