Polymath is a platform for trading security tokens. It uses blockchain technology for improving trading environment and to assure that transactions will be well-protected, fast and cost-effective. Polymath sets a legally compliant field where participants can buy and sell security tokens in accordance with rules and laws of multiple national and international jurisdictions. All members of this platform are divided in 5 categories: investors, issuers, developers, legal delegates and “Know Your Customer” providers. Issuers and investors participate directly in trading process by offering and acquiring security tokens. Legal delegates and KYC providers are intermediaries whose role is to ensure legal compliance and protection of performed transactions. Finally, developers convert all this trading activity in a digital format, by creating or reviewing initial offering contracts.
