Hi! I found today that Cardano has a badge "Network Congestion. Withdrawl Suspended" at Binance. What does it mean and what should we do? I tried to google for this problem, but found only topic "MIOTA Network Congestion". It looks odd for me, a lot of cryptocurrencies have problems, does it mean that we are at risk?
