Good evening everyone, I am new here so please be patient to my newbie questions. I bought 300 CRPT tokens on Crypterium tokensale about 4 weeks ago. I got a notification that tokensale is finished and token holders should withdraw Crypterium to ETH wallets. I am not tech savvy, so I am confused - where I can get a wallet for Crypterium, or can I use any online wallet or exchange for crypterium tokens? Please help!

Hi Mel. The best wallet for Crypterium tokens is My Ether Wallet. MyEtherWallet supports CRPT tokens by default, so you don't need to do anything to get these tokens. If you use Ledger Nano S hardware wallet, you can read instruction «How to withdraw CRPT Tokens to Ledger Nano S» that I created couple days ago.

Thanks Cyber. I use Ledger Nano S and I used your instruction to connect it with My Ether Wallet. I was confused because for 15 days since I requested withdrawal I didn't get my Crypterium tokens so I thought that maybe I did something wrong. But today I checked my balance and Crypterium tokens arrived on my My Ether Wallet. Thanks again for all your help and this amazing website!

I bought Crypterium in November and transferred it to MEW but it never showed up. I have since attempted to make that transfer 2 more times and it doesn't show up. I have reached out to the MEW people to no avail. I have the Hash and all the codes from etherscan.io that shows the tokens were purchased but right now they are just floating somewhere. Any advice on how to get these in a Crypterium wallet or do something different to get them into MEW?
