Bittrex enhanced verification not working for me

Hi Ryan. Bittrex uses Jumio ID/Identity verification platform for enhanced verification. If enhanced verification doesn't work for you there are some possible reasons:

1. Temporary technical issues. All exchanges are experiencing problems now due to increased interest to cryptocurrencies which cause overloads. So probably Bittrex enhanced verification is not working properly for you because of these technical issues.


2. If your Bittrex enhanced verification application was declined, the possible reason is that something is wrong with your documents (maybe utility bill is outdatd, or quality of pictures is not good enough).

You need to know, that without enhanced verification you can withdraw up to 0.4 BTC per 24 hours which is equivalent to about 7000$. This is the only limitation that you have without enhanced account. Bittrex accounts with enhanced verification and 2-factor authorization enabled can withdraw up to 100 BTC per 24 hours.

So maybe you don't need this enhanced verification?

i tried all the above documents but i was using Ugandan national id but has been rejected several times.
But the system tells me new accounts cannot withdraw from the system. I need help on that
