GreenAddress

GreenAddress is an open source, multiplatform wallet for Bitcoin currency. It allows you to store your coins and perform secure transactions. GreenAddress can be accessed from desktop, Android and iOS devices. It offers a set of standard security features, like two-factor authentication, recovery passphrase, PIN – code access, as well as some unique ones. Among unique features, we can mention possibility to set new addresses for each incoming transaction and “watch-only” mode, which makes possible to check current balance or perform a transaction without getting total access to the wallet. Another interesting feature that is not available in other wallets is called “nLockTime”. It helps users to get instant confirmation for their transactions by ensuring that money will not be double spent. nLockTime hides a portion of user’s private key and store it on GreenAdress. Consequently, you will not be able to conduct a transaction without a confirmation from the server. This feature is discretionary and can be deactivated. There is also an option to use GreenAddress as a hardware wallet in combination with your mobile device.
