Gemini Exchange Support? Does it exist?

Hey! Glad to see that Gemini was listed here because I have a lot of problems and questions regarding it. I transferred some funds from my bank accout to Gemini about 2 weeks ago but I don't see them on my account's balance. I sent a lot of tickets to Gemini support but didn't get any reply. Does anybody have similar issues? I can understand that support maybe not able to reply to all tickets about verification, registration, generic questions, but I am their customer because I've sent them fiat money. Is it normal that Gemini support just ignores me? How I can reach to them and figure out where are my money?
