Can not be registered on Binance

I can not be registered on Binance https://www.binance.com/register.html. I am still trying to do it. And I don't find yet the clear answer what is the problem with it. I put my email address …@mail.ru and two times I put the passwords as required: at least 8 characters with uppercase letters. But it isn’t still going through. What should I do? Maybe the problem with email address or what it can be? I have heard that Binance has a problems with a number flow of new users and its capacity to admit all of them. If you have any thoughts or experience about this situation tell me please here.

I see that you came with this question on January 29, so you probably tried to register on Binance after January 4. The problem is that Binance exchange temporary disabled new registrations because of increasing flow of new users and difficulties in serving all available customers. It plans to upgrade its system and to make it capable of processing large amount of transactions. After this, registration will be probably reopened. Same issues may be also encountered on other popular exchanges like Bittrex or Bitfinex.
