Binance ban IP addresses from China

Does anyone has an information if Binance still ban IP addresses from China. On my opinion it is huge market and it looks strange to avoid such a way to earn. I have heard that this related to restrictions that enter in power on Chinese territory about trading cryptocurrencies. So my question is if it is really true that Binance don’t work with Chinese. What consequences were and will be for the platform and its currency Binance coin in addition whole this situation. Does Binance really has nice prospects in future without China market?
