Coinbase transaction pending time

Good day! The problem is in a long transaction pending time. I sent about 0.2BTC from the platform cex.io in the coinbase on June 30, and it's still pending. I haven’t got the confirmation of transaction. I tried some of the Transaction Accelerator services, but when I enter my transaction ID, it says that the transaction has already been confirmed, so I do not know what the cause of the problem is. But I haven’t these coins in my wallet. This transaction was just frozen. I am glad that sum of money isn’t so much. Can someone help me?
