Connection Coinbase with bank account

I make cash-outs usually from the platform cex.io on my bank account. I get money on my plastic cards directly. So in addition to this I would like to know if it is possible to make something similar on Coinbase. Is it possible to connect my account on Coinbase to my bank account. Does anybody have experience in such doings. I’ll be glad to hear information of you, guys! And one more question is it quite secure to connect bank account to Coinbase? I am waiting for your opinions.
