Is Coinbase safe to link bank account

I think that it is time for me to start work more seriously on Coinbase. I want to create system of cash-out that will be convenient and effective. I would like to link bank account to Coinbase. So that’s why I am very interested about if such way of connection and transferring information is secure? In simple terms is it safe to link bank account to Coinbase? Isn’t there any way for fraud exist? If you have some experience in the field please inform here.
